Thank you so much for giving us real feedback. Out of 5 days we did manage to be late 1 of those days with prior communication. We wanted to let you know of the unfortunate mobility troubles we unexpectedly experience while driving over 90 miles to complete the day 4 of your series of events. Outside of the minor delay, so many families and guest from your event has reached out complimenting us. Many expressed how friendly our management was and that they will use our service in the future as our management was very professional and treated them like family. Our managers rolled their sleeves up to join in with your mission to invite/pull in many customers to take photos with the bunny in return of a chance to be entered in a give away drawing. We helped market and bring in even more customers voluntarily asking to take easter photos, generously cheering up any child who were scared of mascots/costumer characters. Furthermore, it was shared that we brought much joy and many smiles to community like never before in Charlotte, NC. So for us we will take this feedback and roll along ensuring to be better/punctual with future events. We did all we could to contribute while we did work alongside of your staff and customers!

The experience was so much fun and the staff was incredible. Bunny was treated like family and had a great time. Until next time!
