Buddy August Magic - your Magician for every occasion!

Buddy was excellent from start to finish! I wanted to surprise my wife for her 30th birthday party that was Taylor Swift themed. Buddy was willing to go the extra mile by accommodating all of my plans to keep this a surprise until the very end. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and would recommend him to anyone for any occasion.

It's hard to describe the ineffable energy that is Buddy August! He performed as The Old Professor at a fundraiser for Looking for Lilith Theatre, and I have also seen his tableside magic at Ramsi's. He combines tender stories from his own life history with surprising magical moments and a playful joy that inspires authentic belly laughs from his audience. He has a way of making you feel that everyone in the audience is his personal friend, and that he has brought you all together. The culture that he effortlessly cultivates creates an experience of being in a big, warm, laughing family!

Buddy was fantastic! Very entertaining and … how in the h#ll did he do that! Highly recommended.

I helped book this act at our church fundraiser. I’ve known Buddy August for a long time and I was sure he would please our audience. He certainly did. There was lots of interaction with the crowd. I would certainly recommend this act for anyone who’s looking for something truly new and different.
