About

Bryon Patrick Hildreth began performing as a drummer in 1991, he learned to play
guitar and began singing shortly after. At 23 years old, he started writing original
music and in (phone number hidden)5 he recorded two albums in Nashville…one particular song
he had written at 3 in the morning at his kitchen table hit the christian country
billboard charts (in the US and Internationally) sitting respectfully at #16 between
Randy Travis and Charlie Daniels. Bryon has shared the stage with several Grand
Ole Opry stars and musicians and as a member of the ICGMA (International
Country Gospel Music Association) was nominated for the Male Horizon Award in
2005.
He went on to play rhythm guitar and lead vocals locally in two popular classic
country bands until 2013. Unfortunately, on January 3rd, shortly after performing a
show, he received a nearly fatal traumatic brain injury…to this day, he doesn't
remember what caused the injury. According to his doctors, he’ll never work again.
However, after extensive hospital stays, therapy and constant prayer, he was able
to regain his speech, read and write again. Bryon was given a second chance on life
and he gives God all of the glory for that blessing. Surprisingly, in mid-2016, he
began to play, sing and ultimately perform his dream of singing country music.
In the summer of 2017, Bryon recorded Redemption Road…his third christian
country album in Nashville in which the #3 song on the album went to #1 on a
Nashville Christian Country chart and was awarded Song of the Year by the ICGMA.
Three other songs on that album have made the Top 50 list on several Christian
Country and Country Gospel charts. He was also nominated this year for the
ICGMA Male Horizon Award and Male Vocalist Award. Bryon’s biggest influences in
country music were George Strait, Merle Haggard and Waylon Jennings…along with
John Denver, but he also loves southern rock and 80’s big hair rock bands which he
learned to play in the beginning of music career as a drummer. Bryon’s faith in
Jesus, the love for his family, his friends, his fans, this country and old fashioned
country music will never change as he pursues his music career.
