We hired him for our wedding, and he absolutely blew us away.Wedding crowds are notoriously hard to please because you have every age group and background sitting together, but he commanded the room from the second he picked up the microphone. What I loved most was his ability to deliver brilliant, culturally resonant humor. Our Black family and friends were absolutely roaring—the jokes were sharp, relatable, authentic, and completely on point without ever leaning on lazy clichés.​At the same time, the entire room was laughing just as hard. He has a rare gift for finding universal humor in the middle of specific cultural truths. He kept the energy high, stayed respectful of the occasion, and left everyone talking about the performance for the rest of the night. I've worked with Brian on several shows. Each time he performs he shows up in a timely manor. He does his allotted time without going under and without running the light. he engages the audience without making them feel uncomfortable. his jokes aren't overly opinioned or off putting. he's always smiling and friendly and has no issue talking to people after the show. highly recommend for a reliable comedian that can perform in any kind of room.
