Loving people and shooting action are my specialties. I'd love to capture the excitement of your event or make a unique set of portraits that will remain for the years. See my accolades and websites that show my years of experience and skills to make you look good in so many ways...
In 2017 I had the pleasure to hire Brennan TWICE for events important to me and my community. The first was my wedding which was truly AN EVENT and not just a wedding. My wife and I married in Central Park and turned the park into our own private "Wedding Carnival" featuring almost 300 guests. We married at Bethesda Fountain... and on the lake... and on the carousel... and then feasted in Sheep Meadow. Brennan was with us every single step of the way, going way beyond the call of duty. He so integrated -- and ingratiated -- himself with our guests that everyone, including the wedding couple, began to think of him as a very busy guest, rather than just a hired gun.
So satisfied and happy were we with Brennan's service, that I recommended him to my high school class alumni committee to photograph our reunion. Once again, Brennan had the skill and personality to integrate and ingratiate and become one of us, achieving images that others might have missed -- especially from the camera shy.
If I have the opportunity to use Brennan's services again, I certainly will. You should too.
Brennan has photographed numerous events for my organization. He is completely reliable, charming, smart and a pleasure to work with. He does terrific work, he is flexible and listens to the needs of the client. People are charmed by Brennan and like having him take their photo. He is great for groups, individuals and performances. I highly recommend Brennan.

Post-production consists of a shared folder of a pre-set number of mildly retouched, images, and depending on the nature of the needs a pre-set number of highly retouched images, all to the time limit agreed upon.
Since I got my first childhood Kodak Instamatic camera I've been interested in photographing the action and people around me, making portraits of my neighborhood friends and pets. Growing up in Western Massachusetts I took my first photo course and shot as part of the yearbook staff, spending many extracurricular hours in the darkroom. In high school he entered The Photographer's Forum Best of College Photography Annual contest and was awarded as a Finalist resulting in my first national publication of an image. I was accepted into the undergrad photography program at Bard College with Stephen Shore and Ben Lifson where I twice received the grade of Honors; this led to an invitation by Bard president Leon Botstein to tutor his au pair in beginning photography. In forming the Bard Photography Club I sought funds from the college to bring photographers (Nan Goldin, William Christenberry) to speak to students, we coordinated student exhibits, and bought collections of educational prints for the college. Several years after getting my BA from Bard and looking towards getting into assignment work I camera-assisted and printed for the professional editorial photographers Mark Seliger, Dan Winters, and Mary Ellen Mark among others, to learn the daily business of high pressure photography and portraiture from the inside . My own career was next and I began building my own voice, approach, client base, and portfolio. Since then my photography has been printed in magazines, books, and on record jackets, shown in multinational ad campaigns, and hung in galleries and private clients' walls. I live, work, and play in New York City. Clients include Rolling Stone, Esquire, GQ, T-Mobile, Bard College. Also see my wedding photography site, (link hidden)
