Breaking The Silence
Overview
I speak to groups from diverse and dysfunctional backgrounds that have been the victims of childhood trauma. I help them heal from their trauma, and addiction through my faith-based message. I help break generational cycles so they can rewrite their narrative with tools they can use immediately.

Influences and inspiration
My work is shaped by lived experience rather than performance training. Growing up in a multicultural, multiracial family, and walking through trauma, broken relationships, addiction, and faith-based healing shaped both my voice and my message. At some point, it became time to place my voice alongside my pen and speak what I had only written.
My speaking is also shaped by women and diverse, multicultural groups I’ve walked alongside—those navigating silence, resilience, and recovery. Through keynotes such as Breaking the Silence, I share stories that gently open the door to healing, faith-based hope, and honest conversation.
