Get ready to sing along to your favorite hits from the 80's, 90's, and 2000's! Featuring a wide variety of Billboard 100 hits, primarily from the rock/pop genre (with other surprises), you will find yourself saying, "I love this song" again and again! I typically mix in my original music in between tons of covers, which fit nicely in the style of covers I play. Have a request? Let me know in between sets and I'll do my best to work it in!

Brandon Henson was born and raised in Augusta, Georgia. As a small child, he fell in love with music…so much so that he shredded two tapes of M.C. Hammer’s “Can’t Touch This” from many repeat listens! He developed a love for all different kinds of music in many different genres, especially rock/pop. Brandon received his first guitar at the age of 12, but didn't take to play until he received a small mini-lesson from a seasoned rock star named “Jimmy.” Jimmy taught Brandon the opening lick from Sweet Home Alabama, and that was all it took! He started to form some garage bands and began to cover punk/rock/metal hits from his favorite artists…playing at any teen birthday party and Battle of the Bands he could.

During his high school years, Brandon was the frontman of “Glass Bottom Boat,” a screamo/progressive rock band based in Augusta, GA. Glass Bottom Boat released 2 albums and toured the U.S. East Coast twice. Soon after graduating high school, Brandon enrolled at Georgia Southern University to study music as a trumpet & guitar major (earning a Bachelor's in Music Education in 2011).
During his time at Georgia Southern Brandon continued to write music, perform regularly with different groups in school, and with church ministries, and teach private lessons (on many different instruments) to 30+ students a week. He has continued performing, teaching, and writing music since then.

In 2022, Brandon received a special invitation to attend a songwriter's round in downtown Augusta with other singer-songwriters. He had never written any solo material, but decided to give it a shot! This forged a deeper love for songwriting, and he began to work on writing as many songs as time allowed.
Currently, Brandon plays his originals and covers songs in many different venues across Georgia/South Carolina. He is releasing his first EP entitled, "Right Now" in the Summer of 2024.

SOLO: I bring all my own equipment, and do not need any technical support. I can adapt to a wide variety of environments, provided I know details about the venue beforehand.

TRIO/BAND: We will bring our sound system, lights, mixer, amps, equipment, etc.
