I play acoustic guitar and sing: 90s and 2000s rock, classic rock, and songs your guests already know the words to. Tom Petty, the Beatles, Journey, Jimmy Eat World, John Denver, Coldplay.
I bring my own sound and run it myself. No outlet needed: it runs on battery. All I need is room for a chair. Setup takes 15 minutes, done before guests arrive.
I've spent years on stage playing guitar and drums in rock bands, including four years with School of Rock's adult program.
Patios, breweries, backyard parties, birthdays, happy hours, cocktail hours. Background or main event, your call. Requests welcome, and with two weeks' notice I'll learn your song.

I show up early so I'm set up and sound-checked before your guests arrive. Before I start I'll ask if you want background music or more of a show, and I'll set the volume to fit. Sets run anywhere from 30 minutes to two hours, with a short break in the longer ones. Requests are welcome. If I don't know a song I'll tell you, and with a couple weeks' notice I'm happy to learn one for your event.
I'm a singer and acoustic guitarist in Riverton, Utah. I've played guitar for years, and in my late thirties I learned drums too. I spent two years drumming in a local rock band and four years playing guitar and drums in shows with School of Rock's adult program. In 2026 I picked the acoustic back up and started singing.
My set leans rock. You'll hear Blink-182 and Journey right next to Van Morrison and the Beatles, all on one guitar. I also do live sound and mix recordings, so I know how to keep the volume right for the room.
I bring my own sound and run it myself. For outdoor or bigger spaces I use a pair of Yamaha DBR12 powered speakers, and for small rooms a Fishman acoustic amp. Mic, stands, and cables are all included. For weddings I can bring a mic for your officiant.
