Bossa PDX plays a selection of bossa nova and upbeat Brazilian jazz tunes. Our instrumentation includes vocals, piano, sax or flute, guitar, bass, and percussion.

Bossa PDX is Portland's classic bossa nova and Brazilian jazz band. We feature uplifting rhythms and soothing vocals, and perform the music of Jobim, Astrud and Joao Gilberto, Joao Donato, and many other great Brazilian composers and performers. Our instrumentation includes piano, vocals, flute and sax, nylon-string guitar, electric bass, and drums, although we can also perform in other configurations. We can be seen at venues and festivals in the Oregon and southern Washington area. More info at (link hidden)
