Overview
Elizabeth performs on a Roland Fr8X virtual accordion. When it is connected to an external sound module, she controls the sound module to produce accompanying sounds, voices, and drum machine parts. The outcome adds richness and fullness to the accordion and Elizabeth becomes her own one person band!
Repertoire includes Italian, French, Spanish, Latin, German, Greek, other Ethnic, Jazz Standards, popular music from the 20′s-60′s, light classical, and holiday music.

Terrific with communication, Elizabeth arrived on time, seamlessly set up and played continuously for Dad's 90th birthday party. We had a much larger crowd than expected, and she monitored the sound level just perfectly. As an added treat, she recorded and shared a video of the event so Dad can enjoy her lovely music as he wishes. I highly recommend engaging Elizabeth for your event!

What to expect
Elizabeth, Virtual Accordionist, brings her individual artistry to audiences with candor and expression. Elizabeth generates curiosity and unpredictability everywhere she performs because the sounds from the Roland FR-8X V-Accordion (a sophisticated midi controller) can produce simultaneous orchestral voices. One is able to hear other instruments on the accordion such as tenor sax, vibes, strings, acoustic bass, guitar, organ, mandolin, piano, flute.
When connected to the accompanying Roland BK-7M Backing Sound Module, Elizabeth becomes her own unique and extraordinary one person band producing rich and full sounds.
About
Elizabeth Wisler, accordionist, is native to Portland but has performed in Hawaii where she formerly lived. She has played the accordion since the age of seven and had been under the tutelage of Luigi Rangan for many years. Some of her credits include many local banquets, weddings and restaurants. Island hotel performances include MaunI Lani, Mauna Kea Beach, Kona Surf, Hyatt, and Hilo Lagoon. Elizabeth has made special appearances at several Italian and French restaurants in the Portland area as well as at the 1996 Italian Fiesta and the 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011 Mt. Angel's Oktoberfest. Elizabeth also worked as a musician in the orchestra pit for "Fiddler on the Roof" at the PentacleTheater in Salem, Oregon from November 12, 2010 to December 4, 2010. Elizabeth continues to play at the Portland International Airport as part of a 30 member Musical Entertainment Group. Available for private parties and public events.
