I am an organizational leadership and team-building facilitator with over 20 years of experience supporting leaders and teams inside government agencies, nonprofit organizations, and partner networks.

My work focuses on helping organizations strengthen communication, trust, and alignment—particularly in environments operating under sustained pressure, change, or growth. Over the course of my career, I have designed and facilitated leadership development and team-building workshops for audiences ranging from small leadership teams to large-scale organizational gatherings of 600+ participants.

• Microphone (if available) – Wireless or handheld preferred for larger audiences.

• Sound System – If the venue is large, a working sound system ensures everyone can hear clearly.

• Stage or Open Space – No need for fancy setups, just enough room to move and interact with the audience.

• Projector or Screen (Optional) – If visuals are part of the presentation, a screen can enhance the experience but is not required.

• Lighting – Standard venue lighting is fine—no special effects needed.

• Engaged Audience – The most important element! Expect participation, energy, and real conversations.
