WorkDay PLAY Leadership Training
Overview
Our experiential, PLAY based action training initiatives focus on competency development across all organizational levels that appeal to all learning styles. Our programs have demonstrated a history of capturing participants' focus in the morning, re-energizing them after the post-lunch crash, getting them out of their seats, laughing out loud, and keeping them enthusiastically engaged.

January 7, 2026Spectacular Presentation
Kendria Taylor delivered a spectacular presentation on adult learning at our 2025 Adult Probation RTO Planning Session in Huntsville, Texas. Our audience—professionals who train adult probation officers—found the session highly engaging and extremely relevant to their work. Kendria provided practical, research-informed insights into how adults learn, along with strategies that can be immediately applied to training environments. The session sparked meaningful discussion and gave our team valuable tools to strengthen the effectiveness of our instruction. We gained significant insight and would highly recommend Kendria for any professional training focused on adult learning.

What to expect
They’d see high energy, real-time connection, and PLAY with purpose—activities, questions, and moments that make people laugh, lean in, and let their guard down. Not because it’s cute, but because play is disruption without threat. It creates comfort and safety while I challenge mindsets and invite honest reflection.
If a client hired me, they’d get more than transformative content—they’d get:
A highly engaging, experiential session (not a lecture) that keeps people participating, not scrolling
Fun + meaningful interaction that makes tough topics feel accessible
Mindset disruption that sticks—because people reflect on behavior, not just belief
A psychologically safe environment where teams can hear themselves, think differently, and leave aligned
Practical tools and language leaders can use immediately in conversations, conflict, and culture-building
Bottom line: audiences leave energized—and clients get lasting impact. Not just, “That was good,” but, “That made me think differently about myself, and I had fun.”
About
Kendria Taylor is the high-energy, Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 leadership speaker teams call when they’re done with cookie-cutter trainings and ready for lasting change.
Through TG8’s signature approach—disruption through play—Kendria creates experiences that feel energizing in the moment and transformative long after the event. Play is not fluff—it’s disruption without threat. It lowers defenses, increases honesty, and gives people permission to try something new without fear of being “wrong.”
Kendria's work is rooted in facilitated emotional insight. She listens to the room in real time, responds to what’s present (not just what’s planned), and invites people to reflect on behavior, not just belief. As she puts it: “I don’t speak at audiences. I create space for them to hear themselves.” Because people already know more than they think—they just haven’t been given a safe space to reflect.
With 20+ years of executive experience across education, a former corporate Vice President, and nonprofit sectors—and a Master’s degree in Family Systems—KT brings a rare lens to leadership and workplace culture. She identifies dysfunction through family-like patterns inside organizations and helps teams “heal from within” by shifting dynamics, strengthening communication, and restoring trust. As a Credentialed Mediator specializing in workplace disputes, family mediation, and conflict resolution, she brings both structure and humanity to the toughest conversations.
I have trained over 1,000 leaders across the nation, and thousands of employees from the stockroom to the boardroom, from frontline service to C-Suite and my client list includes Chase Bank, Vistra Corp, Texas Instruments, Lockheed Martin, Empower Financial, and many more.
Most speakers leave people saying, “That was good.”
Kendria's goal is to leave you saying, “That made me think differently about myself, and it was fun!”
That’s the kind of influence that lasts beyond the room—and the reason leaders bring her back.
