Our team handles everything—from setup to breakdown—so you can relax and enjoy the celebration. We offer optional extras like an inflatable enclosure for added flair and provide event-themed accessories and visuals to elevate the guest experience. Whether it’s a wedding, birthday, quinceañera, or corporate event, we’re there to keep the fun flowing and the memories rolling.

To ensure a smooth setup and the best experience possible, here are the technical requirements for our Photo Booth and 360 Video Booth services:
General Requirements:
• Flat, covered surface (indoors or shaded area preferred for optimal lighting)
• Minimum space:
• Photo Booth: 8’ x 8’
• 360 Video Booth: 10’ x 10’ (more space is ideal for guest movement and lighting)
• Access to one standard 3-prong electrical outlet (110V, within 25 feet of setup area)
Additional Notes:
• For outdoor events, we recommend a shaded area or provide an inflatable enclosure (optional) to protect equipment and improve lighting conditions
• We arrive 60–90 minutes before the event start time for setup
• We provide all necessary lighting, cables, and extension cords
• If the event is upstairs or in a difficult-to-access area, please inform us in advance for planning and load-in assistance
We work closely with each client to ensure the setup fits your space and timeline seamlessly. If you have specific venue limitations, we’re happy to adjust or offer solutions!
