Golden Hour Visuals Photo Booth

I was extremely disappointed with the service I received.
To begin, no attendant was present to operate the photo booth. While this was initially manageable, it became a major issue when the iPad powering the booth died and there was no one available to troubleshoot or resolve the problem.
During setup, I was also required to provide my own bungee cords because the backdrop would not stay in place. The individuals setting up the booth, who identified themselves as relatives of the owner, borrowed the cords from me and kept them for the duration of the event. They attempted to contact Danica multiple times regarding various issues, but communication appeared to be ineffective.
I remained patient throughout the setup delays, understanding that unexpected problems can arise. However, when I contacted Danica's cousin about the dead iPad and the need for a charger, I was assured she would come resolve the issue. Unfortunately, she never arrived. By the time I was able to reach Danica directly, the photo booth and backdrop were no longer usable for my event.
I requested a refund because I was unable to use the services I had paid for. While my payment was eventually returned after some resistance, I was informed that the 20% deposit I paid to secure the booking would not be refunded due to a contract provision. The problem is that I never signed a contract. When I requested a copy of the alleged agreement, none was provided.
Overall, this was a frustrating and unprofessional experience. I cannot recommend this company based on the lack of communication, failure to provide the contracted services, and the handling of the refund process.

Golden Hour Visuals Photo Booth was honestly one of the best decisions I made for my event. Danica put so much care into every detail, and it really showed. The setup was beautiful, the photos came out incredible, and she made everyone feel comfortable and excited to jump in. It wasn’t just a photo booth it became a fun moment people kept coming back to literally all night. We ended up with so many genuine, happy memories because of it.
