We're Jane and Dmytro Bondar, a husband-and-wife video production team based in Austin, Texas. Since 2017, we've produced 500+ videos for 150+ clients, from tech conferences and corporate galas to weddings and milestone birthdays.
Dmytro runs the shoot: cinema cameras, lighting, professional audio, and an FAA-certified drone. Jane leads the edit: story, pacing, color, sound, and final delivery. One team from first call to finished video, no handoffs.

What we need from you or your venue
Access 1 hour before doors open for setup, and about 40 minutes after the event for wrap
Audio feed: for speeches and presentations, a line-out from the venue's sound mixer (XLR) gives the cleanest sound. Please connect us with the venue AV team in advance. If no mixer feed is available, we use our own wireless mics and recorder
Camera positions: a spot at the back or side of the room with a clear line of sight to the stage, plus space for a tripod
Power: access to a standard outlet near the main camera position
Stage lighting: if possible, keep lights on the speaker and house lights dimmed. Bright house lights wash out projector screens and slides on camera
Run of show: schedule, speaker names, and key moments at least 3-5 days before the event
Parking or load-in details for our equipment
For full-day events (6+ hours): a meal break or crew meal
