July 16, 2026We hired Boca Studios to photograph our daughter's first birthday, expecting a professional who would preserve memories we'll never get back. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing.
Before booking, I specifically confirmed that all edited photos would be provided, and that was one of the reasons we chose this photographer. After the event, however, the communication became frustrating. Promised timelines came and went, and I had to repeatedly follow up just to receive updates.
When the gallery was finally delivered, several important family, guest, and backdrop photos were missing. We had also requested portrait-oriented photos multiple times during the event, and although we were told they would be included, many never were.
What disappointed me even more was the professionalism. Instead of acknowledging our concerns or attempting to resolve them, every conversation became defensive. Eventually, we were simply told the matter was "closed," despite our concerns remaining unresolved.
A first birthday is a once-in-a-lifetime milestone. We trusted Boca Studios with memories we can never recreate, and unfortunately many of those moments were lost. I cannot recommend this photographer to anyone looking for reliable communication, professionalism, or complete event coverage.

June 5, 2025I have been getting my kids pictures done here for the last 4 or 5 years the pictures always turn out beautiful and she works really well with all children, even when my daughter was very shy she still managed to get her to open up and smile for the pictures I would highly recommend her to anyone and will continue to go here. She is always very polite as well and also takes in to consideration if you want certain poses done or your opinion on what would turn out cute.
