I have several packages available to fit you and your needs. Perhaps you require guidance in getting the process started, in selecting vendors or making sure all your wedding details and events have a cohesive, unified style. You may have a well thought-out plan and just need someone to show up the week of your event to put your plan into action. Or maybe you have started to plan and realize that you need someone to fix your vintage-Gatsby-rustic-glam-boho jumble. I can help you with all of that!

Many brides make the mistake of thinking that a wedding planner is a luxury they can’t afford. A good planner, however, will help you avoid costly mistakes and negotiate vendor discounts. I go one step further and take great pride in using creativity, clever tips, and outside-the-box thinking to figure out ways to save you money without sacrificing style or quality. I have been in love with all things wedding since I began sketching bridal gowns at the age of twelve. As a teenager I started singing as a featured soloist in wedding ceremonies for friends and family, and was soon to launch a twenty-year career as a professional entertainer. Before my singing career took off, I spent a year editing wedding videos, and in between gigs found myself serving at upscale restaurants or catering wedding receptions. (That’s what you do with a degree in musical theater!) Of my life on the stage, however, my favorite role was that of ‘bride’ and it was in planning my own wedding that I knew I wanted to do this for a living one day. That was over ten years ago, and this has been a rich, fulfilling, and blessed journey that I thank God for every day. My many years as an entertainer have trained me to think on my feet, thrive under pressure, and keep smiling, no matter what. And my years as a mother (to two boys) have trained me to always be prepared, to have patience, and to function on little to no sleep! So whether it’s putting together a fabulous menu, doing calligraphy, recommending music that suits you to a tee, or perfectly timing the music of your walk down the aisle, I have spent a lifetime accruing skills that make me uniquely qualified to plan your special event. Oh yeah, and I love to HAVE FUN!

Here is a list of the packages I offer:

Day Of Coordination
This package is for the bride who has planned everything and wants to enjoy a seamless and stress-free event with someone else being in charge. One month prior to the event, we will assume the role of main contact person for your vendors and schedule a wedding and reception site final walk-through. We will direct the rehearsal, if not provided by the ceremony site coordinators. We establish a customized timeline and distribute the itinerary to all involved. We then direct all aspects of the wedding day: vendor arrivals & deliveries, distribution of flowers, photos, ceremony, transportation, cocktail hour, and all events of the reception such as wedding party announcements, first dances, toasts, cake cutting, bouquet and garter toss, departure, and packing up of gifts and personal décor items. This package includes unlimited emails and phone calls and up to 8 hours wedding day coordination time. A fee applies for each additional hour.

Partial Service
This package is for the bride who needs guidance getting started in the right direction, or perhaps has started and has gotten stuck or overwhelmed. We will help you understand your vision and suggest design elements and unique ideas, recommend vendors that suit your style and budget, and provide you with assistance and regular checklists to ensure that you're adhering to your budget and timeline. Then you finish the planning. At around one month prior to the event, we will gather and review vendor contracts and 'take over' from there. This package includes unlimited emails and phone calls, up to 8 hours wedding day coordination time, plus 3 consultation appointments.

Full Service
This package is for the bride who wants professional assistance in all aspects of wedding planning. Together we conceptualize the design elements and carry that design throughout your wedding events and printed materials; establish and keep track of a budget; select the perfect venues and vendors, arrange and attend vendor appointments (up to three in each category), negotiate vendor discounts, assist with accommodations for out of town guests, assist with menu selection, assist with dress selection and fittings. I keep you organized with regular checklists to make sure we're adhering to a timeline, serve as the main contact person with all vendors, create a detailed wedding weekend itinerary and distribute that itinerary to all involved. This package includes everything in the other two packages, with unlimited emails and phone calls and unlimited wedding day coverage.
