I am a self taught baker and cake decorator. It all started with curiosity of knowing how to decorate cakes. I've been baking since I was 12 years old. I am the oldest of 4 children, a wife and mother of 6 and 4 grandchildren any many nieces and nephews, with such a huge family we have a lot of family gatherings and what do you normally have at celebrations "CAKE". So in 2013 I began my quest to figure out how to decorate cakes, purchasing books, practicing in my kitchen. One evening while browsing the cake decorations aisle in Michaels, I found myself gazing with excitement, a cake class was being instructed. I immediately signed up for the evening classes, it all came together the first time I opened my Wilton's course book. Being one of the top decorators in my class and my instructor Carmen complimenting me on being a natural, it helped me build up the courage to take my first cake order. Accounting by day and Pastry at heart in the evening, I received my certifications the accomplished feeling was energizing. Wow I have a whole side job that I love more than my day job. The rest is history, I continue to bake and custom decorate cakes, bringing your dreams, themes & visions to life. I give what I would always like to receive which is quality.
