Blaque Velvet is your fierce femme fantasy, she's a passionate performer, producer, and stage manager who's inspired by Black femmes who take up space. She was a virtual graduate of the Philadelphia Burlesque Academy in 2021, a best plus-sized burlesque nominee in the 2023 Philly Phatty Awards, and a current member of Juicyfroot Burlesque, Philly's all-Black burlesque troupe. She's the Brown Liquor of Burlesque Get ready to drink her up, because like the whiskey that inspired her name, she's brown, smooth and something to savor.
