May 1, 2026We had a very disappointing experience with this balloon vendor and would not recommend their services.
Despite clearly communicating expectations ahead of time—including the need to travel and arrive promptly—the vendor showed up late, well past the agreed-upon time. As a result, she was still setting up during the actual start of our event, which was both stressful and unprofessional.
Additionally, we did not receive all of the items we paid for. Specifically, the 5 balloon bundles we requested were never provided.
We reached out to address these issues, but the vendor has refused to offer any form of refund or resolution. Given the lack of reliability, incomplete service, and poor customer response, we are extremely unsatisfied with this experience.

October 13, 2025BK Lux did a great job decorating the hall for my 60th birthday. She recommended a caterer and the food was good. She put her special touch on items around the room that included pictures of me every 10 years up to present day. I mentioned a few things I liked and she provided them. The table center pieces were beautiful along with other key areas in the hall. I enjoyed working with her and highly recommend for your next event.
