Clients are responsible for obtaining any required venue approvals and ensuring the installation area is clean, accessible, and ready upon arrival. Outdoor installations are subject to weather conditions, including heat, wind, and rain, which may affect balloon longevity. Electrical access may be required for certain décor elements or lighting.
