From Des Moines Iowa, Birdchild is the Midwest's premier variety cover band playing a blend of synthpop from the 80's, 90's and today. With their unique twist on contemporary hits, they transport audiences back in time to the neon-soaked, nostalgia-filled era of the 1980s, all while keeping the dance floor pumping with infectious energy. What to expect
5 well dressed, polite musicians there to make it easy for you. We have several hours of quality music ready to go to impress your guests and make your event shine. We perform Top 40 hits that you would hear on the radio, and we're careful to not be too loud so you can hear each other. We have performed all kinds of events with 15+ years experience. Solo, duo, or full band, we can pick the right package that fits your needs.

Formed by founding members Drew Birdsall and Justin Goodchild, Birdchild's specialties include: corporate and special events, weddings, festivals, wineries/breweries and bars. If you're looking for well-mannered musicians to create a memorable event for your guests, look no further.

We have our own sound system that works great for most events. If it is a larger event, we can work with you to find a sound company that will best fit us and the space.
