Big Lou plays the music of the French cabarets of the 1930s, the most romantic music in the world. She often plays solo, but she can add a guitar, or a viola da gamba, or you can hire her 4 piece band.

Lou was great! She played an appropriate song list and even took requests. The guests all really enjoyed the evening and music as a result. She is a definite re-hire for our next event!

Arrived a few minutes early to set up, which was minimal. She was super flexible as we moved the party inside due to weather. It was great to have live music while all the guest ate and drank. My husband and my dad (his 88th birthday party) sat and listened. Everyone really enjoyed.

What to expect
I create a romantic atmosphere. My accordion requires no amplification for small to moderate events. I dress to suit the occasion.
About
Big Lou has played with Polkacide, Those Darn Accordions, the Baguette Quartet and Innuendo. She has been a guest artist with the San Francisco Symphony and the London Philharmonia.
Additional booking notes
I have no requirement for equipment. I am completely self contained. Most of the time, unless the event is large, all I need is a chair.
