October 12, 2026A Stellar Musician That Connects With the Audience
Thank you Joe Dimitrowich/Capricious Accordion for making our Oktoberfest a smashing success. His one man show provided an amazing experience for the audience as he strolled and connected table after table. A master musician, he also arrived early, stayed late, and went above and beyond to make our event a smashing success. I would highly recommend hiring him for your event. We wanted the best, and we got that and so much more. Thank you, Joe! Hire him, he'll be perfect for your event!

Hello Jack, it was a pleasure to meet you and your great chef ,Andrew. Thank you for your warm welcome and for accommodating me. I met a lot of happy people, and I especially want to thank Sam for helping with the PA and setup. You put together a gala fun-filled event and I had a good time contributing to its success. It's always my objective to connect with the audience and leave them wanting to come back for more.

Hi Cecilia, It was a great experience to play at La Strada for this special event. It was a pleasure working with you and Martin and the entire staff....and a really diverse audience to boot. And, I really enjoy hearing all those originally from Italy and descendants of Italian families singing songs of their heritage...great vibes and camaraderie. Thanks for having me!

October 23, 2024Choose Joe for Your Event - You Can't Go Wrong
Joe is the quintessential entertainer. His accordion skills are exemplary and he has a powerful singing voice. Joe energetically controls his audience ensuring they are engaged and having fun while exploring his large repertoire and actively leading songs. Everyone at our Oktoberfest event loved Joe – they stayed long and wished for more. Additionally, Joe has extensive music skills beyond German beer drinking songs – he is equally adept with music from many genres.
Behind the scenes, Joe is an excellent business person. He is a pleasure to work with and understands requests and makes adjustments as needed. He has extensive knowledge regarding how successful events unfold and makes the planning process a dream! Joe is a great choice for entertaining your guests at any event.

April 12, 2026The Highlight of Our Entire Evening
We hired Joe for a special evening while my Dad was visiting from out of town, and it truly made the night unforgettable. The music created such a warm, welcoming atmosphere, and the song choices were perfect for bringing everyone together. My Dad absolutely loved it - it meant a lot to be able to share that experience with him. At 93, my dad can still dance the polka! Joe was incredibly professional, easy to work with and really understood the vibe we were going for. Highly recommend for any gathering where you want something memorable and personal! Thank you Joe!

What to expect
My solo performances are audience-engaging and cater to the audience in both intimate and large settings. They can be of a close-up or large venue format and can be concert in nature or informal entertainment. They usually include both instrumental and vocal selections and direct contact with the audience. I also perform for events requiring both background music and direct audience engaging entertainment.
I perform a variety of music, both instrumental with some vocals, and cover many genres of music. In addition to a wide and varied repertoire, my passion is to perform unique signature and unusual novelty arrangements, sometimes covering on a single instrument the music of an entire band or group. In addition to the variety of traditional and romantic Euro-ethnic music, my audiences will be surprised by the robust and diverse sounds they see and hear coming from me and my instrument live....there is nothing prerecorded or canned in my delivery.
