Our Team of Event Professionals at Big D Party Rentals, take pride in offering an exceptional 5 Star Customer Service Experience. It starts with our helpful and knowledgeable, Event Specialist, who are happy to help answer questions and make suggestions and recommendations over the phone, via email, or in person at our 7,000 sqft Showroom and Design Center.
Big D Party Rentals has one of the largest Special Event Showrooms in the State of Texas! Our Showroom is filled with decorated tables and even 2 Full Sizes Tents! We also have an amazing Event Design Center that allows clients to mockup tables with our hundreds of linen choices, tabletop, and décor items.

Our Carrollton Warehouse is one of the largest Party and Event Rental Warehouses in DFW and we have an extensive product inventory and can easily match your theme, style, and colors.
FULL-SERVICE OPTION - We have professional delivery teams that are not only efficient but have a keen eye for detail. We offer a Full-Service Delivery and Pick Up Option, this is best choice for our clients that want to leave the set up and take down to the professionals. This is an absolute best choice for those clients who are renting a venue and have limited time window.
STANDARD OPTION - We offer a standard delivery and pick up option, the rental equipment is dropped off at your address, and chairs will be secured to rolling dollies, and tables will be stacked. On a standard pick up we ask that the client restack the chairs on the chair dollies and tables restacked. Please note that on some of our rental items (Tents, Stage, Dance Floor Sub Floors, and Pipe and Drape, our team will install and take down with no additional set up or take down fee).
CUSTOMER PICK UP OPTION - We offer Customer Pick Up and Return option for those who want to pick the items up themselves and save by not having a delivery fee. This is a great option for those with smaller orders, that can fit in their vehicle. We have a fantastic team at our Customer Pick Up and Return Area in Carrollton. Our Team will carefully load the items into your vehicle at time of pick up and unpack, upon your return. We make it easy, if you have a weekend event, you can pick up your rental items on Friday anytime between 8am to 5pm or Saturday from 9am to 12 Noon. The return would be scheduled on the Monday following your event, anytime between 8am to 5pm. You can have the items all weekend long, but we will just charge you for a single day rental.
