Big Bubbler (and The Mind Blowers)

One or more Bubble entertainers will provide bubbles in a way that is custom designed for your event or need. You let us know what you want and we will try to make that dream into reality. We will travel anywhere we can to bubble. We can also host small to medium events at Wet Rock Gardens flower farm in Springfield, OR. We sell Big Bubbler related clothing, bags, etc on the WetRock website (link in "Social Links"). With enough notice we can design, print and ship custom gear for your event.

Entertainment examples: For a Wedding you might want a lot of smaller bubbles floating through the area as ambiance. For a kids Birthday you may want our "Bubble Blizzard"(tm) show where we make a massive quantity of medium and smaller bubbles for the kids to chase and pop. We can bubble from a float in a Parade. For a Festival you may want wandering entertainment with various bubble sizes. For a hospital or care facility we can bubble outside windows and encourage people to come out and watch (or even participate) where appropriate. Company Picnics, corporate Team-Building exercises, Family or School Reunions, Opening Ceremonies, Public Protests, Outdoor Markets, Grand Openings, etc.. We are biased, but we think Bubbles are pretty great for almost everything :-)

Our favorite venues include the beach, near open water, in a forest and also bigger mowed lawns such as parks and golf courses. We can bubble day or night. Our biggest-bubble outdoor shows are finicky about air quality and weather. In drier weather, they often work the very best at and just before Sunrise (if cloudy, they may keep working for hours longer). This is usually also a time with less auto-exhaust fumes. A "Sunday-Sunrise Show" is something we usually do at any weekend festival where people party all night long. These shows can be life-changingly wonderful. They can be great for Yoga Gatherings, Pancake Breakfasts, Spiritual Retreats and anytime people are up near Sunrise.

Participation in our shows can come in various forms. Popping the bubbles is most common with kids parties. Trying to keep the bigger bubbles from popping (often called fanning) is another favorite. Encouraging/teaching your guests to make the bubbles is an option we can plan for if desired. It is usually easy and fun.

We do not currently put people in our bubbles unless they learn to float first. With enough notice, we could purchase the different equipment and add that to our show. We try not to bubble into traffic or too much onto parked cars. We try not to create dangerous slippery places by bubbling in one place too long. When it comes to the popping, we do not allow the use of items other than body parts and properly-worn clothing as tools for the popping (when children or intoxicated adults are involved). Especially, no thrown items. Things get crazy and it can be dangerous. We hope for parental support for this policy.

Big Bubbler is also a flower farmer on the McKenzie River North Of Springfield, Oregon. My farm is called Wet Rock Gardens and we can do parties with bubbles there :-)

Bubbles love powerful lighting when it is dark. Air quality determines maximum bubble size. Down-wind of a forest-fire or busy freeway may not work well at all. Wind speeds over 12 MPH are great for producing massive quantities of medium to smaller bubbles. Big bubbles may start to get torn up at such speeds. If going for a record length bubble, around 10 to 12 MPH may produce the longest bubbles. Indoor (and some outdoor) climate-control is possible, especially if you have a floor that can be wet.
