About
Betty-Rose Pradhan received her formal training at the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale. She attended the Art Institute to complete the step to enter into the culinary world. Betty-Rose has been baking cakes since the age of 12. It has been a passion of hers to bake and create different types of cakes and desserts. While at the Art Institute, she joined their culinary competition team. There she helped win a silver medal and the State Championships at the ACF Chef's Junior State Championships in Orlando, FL September, 2007.
