Betsy has a way of making each individual feel like they can achieve anything.
Betsy was our guest speaker for a nutrition seminar we were hosting at the gym. She was prompt in arriving at the gym and was able to answer in questions prior to her talk.
As Betsy spoke to our members, she gave a positive approach to nutrition and dieting through Flexible Dieting. She was diligent in going through and making sure each person in attendance was able to calculate the appropriate macronutrients they need for their daily lifestyle.
Betsy has a tremendous amount of knowledge when it comes to nutrition through her own experiences or through training a variety of people one-on-one.
We hired Betsy to talk at our booth for a big festival. She was great! So positive and uplifting, and great with the audience! She so willing to work with you to make the event great! She definitely knows how to get people engaged!
This was my first time leading a church small group and it was a running group. So I contacted Betsy to add a nutrition component to our running group. She was easy to book and very flexible. She made the group feel very comfortable and they were engaged from the start. I love the "Flexible Dieting" approach and not having to eliminate certain types of food. Her talk was motivational and very informative. Her ability to truly understand the real struggle of being overweight (because she was) and how to overcome it (look at her now - wow) is remarkable. She answered every question with her expertise and compassion. She is a true inspiration and a great speaker.
Betsy delivered a great presentation on nutrition and fitness as a lunch and learn session at my company. She was wonderful to work with and it was easy to set up a presentation with her. It was a great presentation covering important facets of both nutrition and fitness. She was able to bring a great perspective to the presentation through her personal journey and had great insights for everyone that asked any questions.
NCR Corporation has an annual wellness event paired with a "Fitness Challenge". Betsy came in during the middle of the challenge and presented a great approach to changing and managing one's journey into eating. Her presentation was engaging and tailored nicely to the professional audience.
I have had the pleasure of seeing Betsy speak on more that one occasion. She is very knowledgeable and extremely inspiring. She not only makes things easy to understand but she listens to each and every question and wants you to become as knowledgeable as she is. What I loved most about hearing Betsy is the fact that she not only wants to help other people but she has lived and faced most of the issues that we all do. She's not just telling people what to do to be healthy, she is a living example every single day on how to improve ourselves as well as setting an example of just how to do that! She is wonderful!
I have watched Betsy go through her personal nutrition and fitness journey first hand. I think that is what makes her so inspiring to listen to. She came and spoke at my office to a small group of us for a Lunch and Learn event and she really impacted the group. Her ability to understand challenges people face when trying to eat healthy and turning that challenge into an easy solution is what makes Betsy so special. People BELIEVE in her and BELIEVE in her message because she doesn't just speak about it, she lives and breathes it everyday in her personal life. She is a ball of energy and a force of unbelievable inspiration. After we all left the meeting that she led, we all talked about it for weeks. Everyone there felt inspired to make some changes in our nutrition and overall fitness regimen. What I love personally love most about Betsy is how well she can relate to me as a woman. We are mothers, business women and spouses who are trying to juggle everything and take care of our bodies. She gets it and she speaks to that. She shows you that you can do all of those things and be successful at it.
