Bernie's Texas BBQ

Tony catered our employee store party. He’s so gifted. I’ve never had meat so juicy, tender, and packed with flavor. It was truly an experience — He has a gift. Taste aside, the presentation was incredible. It’s very apparent this is what Tony’s meant to be doing, He really takes pride in his work. If i could try any entree again for the first time, it would be the brisket. I would recommend Bernie’s Texas BBQ to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy caterer.

I had Tony cater my dad’s 50th birthday party. He did an amazing job! He showed up early to prep the food, he even cut the meat on site to ensure freshness. We ordered 4 briskets and pulled pork, everything was savory and tender. The sides were a star of their own show. The bbq baked beans, authentic mexican rice, and homemade cole slaw, everything was gone before the party was over!
If you’re looking for a caterer who gives a damn about the food they make, I highly recommend making Bernie’s Texas BBQ your go to guy!
