Once you reach out, we’ll discuss your vision, location, and session details. A signed contract and retainer are required to secure your date. After booking, you’ll receive a confirmation and session guide to help you prepare.

I’ll help you feel fully prepared with:

My goal is for you to feel confident and excited before your session.
3. During Your Session
Sessions are relaxed, fun, and guided. You do not need to know how to pose—I’ll direct you the entire time while also capturing natural, candid moments. Expect a comfortable experience focused on genuine connection and great lighting.
4. After Your Session
Your images will be professionally edited to match my style. Within the agreed turnaround time, you’ll receive:
An online gallery
High-resolution, downloadable images
Print options (if offered)
5. Image Delivery & Usage
Your gallery will be delivered digitally. Images are for personal use unless otherwise stated. Please do not apply filters or alter the photos, as this affects the quality and style of my work.
6. Communication & Support
I’m here for you every step of the way—from planning to delivery. You can expect timely communication, professionalism, and a photography experience centered around you.

Technical Needs & Session Requirements
To ensure the best possible images, please review the following technical needs:
Lighting
Photography is highly dependent on lighting. Sessions are scheduled based on the best available natural light. If weather or lighting conditions are unfavorable, sessions may be rescheduled to maintain image quality.
Location Access & Permissions
Clients are responsible for obtaining any required permissions, permits, or location approvals prior to the session. Please inform me in advance of any location restrictions.
Space & Environment
For indoor sessions, please ensure:
Adequate natural light (near windows is ideal)
A clean, clutter-free space
Enough room to move and pose comfortably
Power & Equipment (If Applicable)
For longer sessions or indoor locations, access to standard electrical outlets may be needed for lighting equipment or battery charging.
Weather Considerations
Outdoor sessions are weather dependent. In the case of rain, extreme heat, or unsafe conditions, we will discuss rescheduling or an alternate location.
Internet Access (If Applicable)
For events or sessions requiring same-day previews or tethered shooting, reliable internet access may be necessary.
Image Quality & Limitations
Image quality may be affected by factors outside the photographer’s control, including lighting limitations, venue restrictions, weather, or guest cooperation. Every effort will be made to deliver the highest quality images possible.
