What to expect
I am able to offer instrumental music for special moments, sing special songs, and offer a smooth jazzy atmosphere for a cocktail hour or longer. As a musician, I am pretty versatile and am able to offer a large array of services.
About
Hello,
My name is Ben, I am a professional vocalist with a focus on Jazz, R&B, and Soul. I accompany myself on acoustic guitar and have experience playing cocktail hour music for nonprofit and corporate events. I have a large enough repertoire to play for up to three hours (with two 10-15 minute breaks).
If you love Stevie Wonder, Etta James, and Daniel Caesar I am sure that I would be a good fit for your event!
Additional booking notes
Preferably, a sound system would need to be provided by the client. The sound system would need to have one microphone for myself and then have one input for my guitar. If I am needed to rent a sound system, that cost will be added to my services. I am not able to play outdoors in the cold or in the rain.

Influences and inspiration
I am influenced heavily by Jazz improvisation and smooth R&B. I am able to perform, but my focus is to make a warm background for guests to relax, get a drink, and eat an appetizer. The goal is for my voice to become an instrument instead of the main feature.
