Overview
Having a good day-of coordinnator at your wedding is so important! What I provide allows all of your other vendors to solely focus on their job and what YOU are paying them for! My goal is to relieve the stresses of the wedding day from you and your family so that your wedding day is enjoyed to its potential!

What to expect
My process for day-of coordination looks like this:
- Unlimited emails from the time of booking until the wedding date
- Vendor recommendations
- Pre-wedding consultation about two-three months before your wedding
- Timeline creation & distribution to your vendors
- Vendor confirmations & communication two-four weeks before
- In-person final meeting the week before your wedding
- Onsite rehearsal coordinator or assistant coordinator to facilitate your rehearsal
- Onsite coordinator on the wedding day
On the wedding day, I provide leadership and coordination for everyone who is there. From setting up, placing the last details, and tearing down, I am your gal! This looks like directing vendors where to set up according to maps that you and I will put together, making sure we follow all the rules of the venue, facilitating the timing of each wedding event (ceremony, dinner, bouquet toss, etc.), all the way to tear down of the event. This is where I make sure that all items are sent back with the correct people, food is packed up, and everything is out of the venue by the specified time.
There is so much more that is included in my service, and it varies by each wedding. I look forward to talking with you about yours!

My name is Brittney, I am a wife, dog mom, and wedding coordinator extraordinaire! Well, I'll let you decide that last one! I have been coordinating events since I was in college. Starting with weeklong Youth camps for over 300 people, fundraisers, and mission trips. In 2020 I was asked by a friend to try out coordinating weddings... and here we are!
Coordinating weddings allows me to use my God-given talents of communication, organization, and personality to facilitate the activities of your amazingly special wedding day. This allows your vendors to really do their jobs well, your family to relax and have a good time, and YOU to let go and be able to savor every special moment you worked so hard to plan.
