Bell Of The Ball LLC offers full-service wedding planning, partial planning and month-of coordination, day-of coordination, event design and styling, and décor rentals. We also plan baby showers, birthdays and milestones, Sweet 16s, and Bat Mitzvahs. Serving all of New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania — and traveling anywhere your celebration takes us — we handle every detail so you can simply enjoy the moment.

Setup requirements
We bring all décor, styling pieces and equipment with us.
We simply need access to the event space for setup — ideally 3 to 4 hours before guests arrive — a standard electrical outlet for lighting and effects, and ground-floor or elevator access for larger pieces where available.
