Overview
Bethany Seib is a self-taught Hoop Dancer with over a decade of experience as a teacher and performer. She believes that life can be fun and healthy. She focuses on physical and emotional enhancement of the practice and enjoys exploring the possibilities of the hoop. She believes the flow of the practice allows her to express her energy and feeds her soul. She believes that everyone can Hoop with the right hoop and attitude. Her Hula Hoops are easy to use; beautifully designed; and built to take a beating. As an instructor she strives to create a comfortable environment that encourages exploration of the mind, body, and soul. As a performer she hopes to inspire and give joy to others.
