I need my money back IMMEDIATELY! I filled out the form, received a quote, accepted the quote, paid for the service then heard nothing. I messaged Bar Spirit through the GigSalad website multiple times with little to no response. I finally received the contract which I signed AND paid an additional $100. Finally about 3hrs before the event, I received a message saying they were sorry but I would not be getting a bartender due to a flaw in the GigSalad system. I again tried to contact them multiple times with no response. I am furious and expect my money refunded immediately. You need to fix whatever this flaw is but know that I will never use GigSalad or Bar Spirit in the future

I was a bit hesitant to use BarSpirit after reading some reviews that you couldn't talk to an actual person on the phone but that wasn't the case for me at all. I called with a bunch of questions and Greg handled them incredibly, easing any anxieties that I had and offering his phone number to reach out with additional questions. Loved how they provide options for add on ice coolers, grocery shopping, and help with signature drinks and create a grocery list for you. I will say the grocery list provided left us with a lottt of extra alcohol so keep that in mind, but better to have more leftover than not enough. So happy we went with Barspirit and the prices were super reasonable!

Hi, I'm Joshua.
I founded Barspirit because I saw my friends struggle to find someone to serve at their wedding. Their options were either expensive caterers or having a family friend bartend.
That's when I realized they would save money by buying their own alcohol and hiring a professional bartender. And soon, our dedication to premium service meant our reputation preceded us.
As the company grows, we continue to develop services to make us the most convenient bar service in the industry. We are still cost-effective. We still deliver a high-end experience. But, now we also offer instant booking, alcohol delivery, and many more add-ons!

Additional booking notes
Our bartenders are responsible for bringing all necessary tools to mix your drinks such as martini shakers and strainers, liquor pourers, ice scoop, wine key, bottle opener, cutting board and knife, professional service, as well as a great attitude.
Remaining, the only thing you'd need to provide: alcohol & mixers, ice, cups, garnishes (and if needed a bar or surface), whereas we are able to provide the following for an additional fee:
