April 18, 2026We needed a fully licensed and insured bar service for our microwedding reception, and Bars and More was great. The bartender was on time, quick, and friendly, and because it was a smaller venue, at one point, I was able to notice she had no one waiting for drinks and was even vibing with our music, which honestly just added to our atmosphere. I would absolutely hire them again for another event!

June 4, 2024In my opinion, the staff assigned to our event were very polite but inexperienced and lacked initiative. One of the reasons I hired a Bars and More was to enjoy my time with my family and guests. For the rates paid, staff having to be asked several times to walk the event asking guests of they needed anything, clear tables and refill drinks should not be required. Our assigned bartender was not experienced in basic cocktail recipes and several guys commented on the imbalances on the liquor to mix for even simple highball cocktails. The wait staff would not actively engage with the guests or offer assistance.

We did send out staff that's been with Bars And More for over 2 years and also have had several 5 star reviews.. I did talk with my staff in was informed that you wanted the waitstaff to serve drinks from the bar unfortunately they are not cocktail servers and the young ladies wasn't of age to provide that kind of service. I know there was a lot of things you wanted us to do that was against Bars And More Policy as one of the manager talk with you day of service.

April 17, 2022Everything was fantastic and I was very happy with the service. We had a reception in a small town and with over 200 people in attendance. The two bartenders rocked everything and were fantastic with everyone. The elephant in the room was this being a reception in a VERY small town, and the crowd was a mix of cosmopolitan professionals and stereotypical "hicks," and again the bartenders rocked with everyone and it was an extreme blast. This was important to me, as I'm from said small town, and I was a little worried about our crowd getting rowdy. None of that worry was warranted, and I felt the bartenders were worth every penny. Highly recommended.

Client Requirements for Service
To ensure our staff can perform their duties efficiently and your event runs without a hitch, we ask that clients provide the following:
1. Access & Venue Details
Exact event location and load-in instructions (parking, loading dock, stairs/elevators, etc.)
Event start/end time and staff arrival time
On-site point of contact for coordination
2. Equipment & Supplies
For bartending services, clients must provide:
Bar setup (table or portable bar station)
Alcohol, mixers, ice, coolers, cups, garnishes, napkins, straws, etc.
Trash cans or disposal options
Need help sourcing supplies? We can assist or recommend trusted vendors.
For waitstaff and event crews, please ensure:
Tables, chairs, linens, serving trays, chafing dishes, utensils, and other serviceware are ready to go
Clear direction on duties and floor plan if applicable
3. Staffing Details
Final guest count and event schedule at least 5 days prior to the event
Any dress code or uniform requirements (black & white, all black, branded shirts, etc.)
Special instructions for handling food, drink, or VIP guests
4. Permits & Insurance
Host liability insurance is recommended for events with alcohol
If your venue requires certificate of insurance (COI) from us, please request at least 7 days in advance
5. Working Conditions
Access to restrooms and water for staff
Shelter or coverage for outdoor events
Adequate lighting for evening/night events
