Overview
Join me on this 'long form' stand up act where I perform as the original character 'Barbasol', a 68 year old from an Everglades Trailer park. Barb is a witty, gritty broad, a trail blazer describing her motivation to take on behemoth institutions and fight for "justice." A stand up act with clever writing and a character who will take you on her journey where she spreads awareness as the first person to ever contract 'Slap a Bitch Face Disorder'. Barbasol was a well received act at Tampa Fringe & The Gimmick amongst other venues.

What to expect
This act is for adults. There is adult language. Some portions can be edited to fit a specific audience but generally appropriate for ages 16+. I can provide a speaker/mic if needed.
Barbasol is a convincing character from the Trailer park and has stereotypical demeanor but incorporates intelligent writing making her a one of a kind gal from the Trailer park. She makes light of topics like politics, domestic abuse, hitting a cat (by accident) with her Pontiac and what she slipped in her dish for the annual BBQ. Shes very good at "taking spoiled chicken and making a beautiful chicken pot pie out of it." A fearless, tenacious woman yet endearing. She's won the hearts of those who love an original act that's unique and stand apart from the typical 'short form' comedy in Tampa Bay.
