Stop us if you've heard this one before! Band in Glove pay tribute to the music of the Smiths, one of the most enduring and influential indie bands to emerge from Britain in the 1980s. Inspired by the lyrical poetry of Morrissey, jangly guitars of Johnny Marr, and melodic and propelling rhythm section of Andy Rourke and Mike Joyce, Band in Glove formed in 2023 and are building a loyal fan base as they play gigs across Los Angeles. "Ask" anybody who has seen Band in Glove and they will tell you these charming men will please please please and let you get what you want. Heaven knows you won't be miserable now and if you are, what difference does it make?
