Bailey Moore is on a mission to right the wrong concepts that today’s teen girls accept as the “norm.” She is a wife and mother with a passion for inspiring young girls to live a life that is truly set apart. Having followed the crowd in her youth, she desires to guide others away from repeating her misguided steps and toward their own path of self worth. Her topics resonate with teens and reflect her advocacy for leading young women to embrace their unique callings.
It was my privilege and honor to share the stage with Bailey at a Christian Mother / Daughter brunch. Not only did she entertain with her words and music, she joined me as we shared from our hearts the joys and challenges of a mother / daughter relationship. I would gladly work with her again. She rocks!
We were blessed to have Bailey and her mother, Jean Robor, as speakers for our Mother/Daughter event. It is quite evident that she loves the Lord and desires to do His work by encouraging young women with her sweet and gentle spirit. She relates this in her speaking and also in her music. What a pleasure to have met her!

Positive. Female. Role models. Before having my daughter, I thought they were a dime a dozen, but I was wrong. As it turns out, there aren't many leading ladies taking the time to reach back and inspire our girls. I could tell you about my business degree, my family, or my faith, but while those things impacted my decision to begin public speaking, none of them qualified me. Instead I'd like to tell you about my experience as a teen. I made good choices, according to the world's standards. I volunteered in my community. I made good grades. I extra curricular-ed. I didn't party, smoke or drink. I didn't sleep around. I was being smart, and life should have been easy for me. So why was my heart so hard and my words so hateful? I was doing fine on the outside, but inside, I was raging. And nobody knew.
I felt so alone and I started to distance myself from everyone I loved. As I approached college, it just got worse. Getting accepted into a university was almost like getting permission to run away from home. And I ran. Fast. This led to family estrangement, and eventually I found myself so far on the outside that I began believing my parents didn't love me anymore. Had they EVER loved me?
Coming home was the hardest thing I ever had to do, but I came. Today I spend a lot of time reconciling the relationships that I lost. And I've found that if you'll just bring it up, people are willing to talk about it and forgive you for the pain you've caused. I love my daughter so much, and the very idea of her growing up with this flawed mindset that she isn't good enough or deserving of love is more than devastating. No girl should have to face this on her own. So if you're looking for a qualification, my past is what I have to offer.

Influences & Inspiration

I teamed up with motivational speaker and published author, Jean Bailey Robor, to deliver "Ties That Bind"- A humorous speech catered towards mother/daughter events, based on the ties that bind mothers and daughters together. The best part about this two woman show is that Jean happens to be my mom! We'd love to offer this event again, so please contact either of us if it strikes up your interest!
