Extremely unprofessional. Arrived over an hour late to a kids’ event; the food was cold and there was no urgency. Forgot utensils for the mac and cheese and said she’d return—but never did. I called twice with no response. Annika reached out to book the event and still delivered terrible service. Never again.

Impeccable Occasions provided a full service experience for my family of ~50 guest for our New Year celebration. Everything from the signature cocktails, appetizers and attentive staff were on point. I will be contacting them for our next event.

I hired Impeccable Occasions through their event coordinator Annika for my Army retirement celebration on December 10th 2022. Signed contract and paid in full prior to event. On the day of my event, NO ONE showed up. No food no apology no response to numerous calls, emails, and texts, No refund!!!

I was very impressed with Jordan! She exceeded my expectations!

They were 2 1/2 hours late to set up for event. Cocktail hour was late with no hot items. Dinner was over an hour late and food cold. Didn’t bring utensils or enough plates etc.. desserts were made on the fly. When asked for a particular refund because of the lack of services, no response was received.
