I take the time to understand the mood you’re hoping to create, whether that’s elegant and sophisticated, warm and romantic, peaceful and reflective, or lively and upbeat. My repertoire includes traditional and contemporary selections, familiar favorites, worship and inspirational music, as well as improvisation.

One of my strengths as a pianist is flexibility. I’m comfortable adapting my playing to the moment rather than simply working through a fixed playlist. I can provide beautiful background music that complements conversation without overpowering it, or take a more featured role when the music is meant to be part of the experience.

For special occasions, I’m also happy to discuss particular songs or musical preferences in advance.

I have extensive experience playing in church settings and am comfortable with both traditional and contemporary worship music. Improvisation is also an important part of my musical style — I love sitting at the piano and allowing a melody to develop naturally in the moment.
