Avanti Ensemble

Included in the fee is a phone consultation regarding the event. We want your event to go off smoothly, so details are important. We tailor our music and performance to your needs, within the reasonable parameters of our personnel and instrumentation.

For example, we would select different music for a concert than for a wedding. Again, if the music is for the background, that requires a different repertoire. Music in a house of worship differs from the selections for a reception.

Should the client desire something not in our repertoire, there might be an additional fee for scoring or editing, depending on the complexity.

We arrive 20 minutes early to set up and tune. Once we are through, we guarantee a discreet exit.

For most events, we dress semi-formally or formally unless otherwise requested.

Should you desire an in person consultation, please note an additional fee of $65 per hour.

Should the venue be sited more than 45 minutes away during the stated time of the engagement, each player should receive an additional $25 for every 30 minutes drive time. This amount will be estimated at the time of engagement.

The Avanti Ensemble is a highly skilled professional chamber group with flexible instrumentation. We can provide duos, quartets, and quintets for various events and venues. Having concertized all over the globe, our members bring a high level of expertise and polish to any performance. We bring years of experience in orchestral, chamber, and solo playing together for a beautiful sound.
Our playing is well-suited for weddings, parties, corporate events, and more. We have a large repertoire of classical, show, and pop music.

For large venues, the client may choose amplification. This must be provided by the client.
We bring our own stands and lights, which require an outlet.
Shade is required for all outdoor performances due the nature of our instruments.
