Todd McBroom - Inspirational and Motivational Speaker

Todd McBroom is a Louisiana native who is deeply rooted in faith, family, culture, and the traditions that Louisiana offers. Growing up in an economically-challenged family, Todd learned early on that hard, focused, and purposeful work yields incredible results. Todd credits the eager desire to break away from the norm as initial inspiration for his success in business and in life. He learned that when something is important to you, attitude can change everything. “If you fix the root, you’ll change the fruit,” is a saying that Todd coined … this is the foundation for his message – inspiring people to improve performance by embracing an attitude of excellence.

Todd graduated from the Intensive Coaching Program through the Proctor Gallagher Institute. (Bob Proctor is the Proctor Gallagher Chairman/Co-Founder who was featured in the movie, The Secret because of his financial success.) Todd earned Certification as a Thinking Into Results Trainer. While immersed in the program, Todd learned how to identify and change paradigms – habits and beliefs – which were preventing him from achieving his desired results. He was so successful with the program that he is now putting his results into action with the principles used in The Secret, together with his deep knowledge of self image and a genuine concern for others.

Todd opened his first business at age 17 and quickly earned a six-figure income in his first year. Since then, he has owned and operated five conventional businesses in the construction, industrial equipment, real estate and retail industries. For 20 years, Todd has been a sought after public and commercial speaker for groups (30 to 12,000) on topics of business and common-sense solutions for success.

Todd has enjoyed great sales successes, both in the U.S. and throughout North America, ranking Top 5 in Sales for several companies. He authored the book, God Was Self-Employed, a labor of love that was 20 years in the making. Todd also created a 4-CD sales training audio book, No Is Not An Option, encompassing his 3-Steps to Successful Selling.

Todd and his wife Shelia have been married for 28 years and currently reside in Phoenix, Arizona. Together they have successfully raised three sons: Beaux, Matt and Jake.
