Athena Bartender Service

We provide a portable bar, garnishes and all of our equipment. When booking with ABS, I will communicate with you until the day of the event to ensure all of your needs are met. Once I know more about your event and how many guests are attending I will help you create a signature cocktail menu as well as how much and what ingredients to purchase. On the day of your party I will arrive 1.5-2.5 hours early to set up and be ready to serve. If your party is over 50 guests, two bartenders are available. Things like what the bartenders are wearing (formal, laid back, costume) will be discussed including any other accommodations we can make for you.

Athena Bartender Service was started to provide exceptional bartending service in the Sacramento and surrounding regions. Started in 2016, we have served hundreds of happy guests at wedding receptions, Holiday parties, birthdays gatherings and more.

When you reach out for a quote you will hear back within 24 hours to learn more about the gathering you're planning.
We want to know things like the location of your event, how many guests you anticipate to have, and the how long you need bartending services for.

Although we don't provide the alcohol we will help you figure out how much to purchase and which mixers you will need. We will work with you to create a signature cocktail menu while being mindful of your budget.

Rest assured we will never double book on your date, and we have no retainer fees.
