I booked Ms. Jones for a very special occasion - my mom's celebration of life ceremony.

Ms. Jones took time to personally place a telephone call to me to first express her condolences and second to accept my quote for the gig. From the beginning, I felt her professionalism and dedication in her responses as I shared my vision, and as she advised me on the hym/song selections drawing from her experience. She was also flexible and quickly adaptable to perform a song 'The Amazing Grace', with the Violinist, which was beautifully executed.

Ms. Jones was on time, appropriately dressed, and I knew her heart was in it evident in her gentle smile, a nod of acknowledgment, a reassuring glance here and there as she sang, all comforting gestures in my time of grief.

Her voice is such a beautiful and powerful instrument that brought out raw emotions and her spirituality.

Attendees were immersed in her performances and joined in singing and applauded after each song. Creating just the atmosphere I envisioned. Ms. Jones through song connected with and made a lasting impression on all in attendance as per the feedback given to our family.

We are forever grateful to Ms. Jones for evoking the feeling of reflection, solace and joy in our time of loss, for touching our lives with her talent and warmth, and most importantly, for meeting our need in this most poignant occasion in our lives.
