March 21, 2025I learned so much that I never knew before
Arielle was so great and informative and we broke down a lot of things that I realize I was lacking as a leader. I now feel equipped with tools that I can use regularly with my team. I would definitely book her again.

What to expect
When you bring me in, you can expect real connection, relatable stories, and tools people can actually use. I do not believe in surface-level talks. I bring heart, honesty, and practical strategies that help people navigate resilience, grief, mental wellness, and leadership in ways that feel real and doable.
Whether it is a keynote, workshop, or group session, I create a space where people feel seen and leave with something they can take with them. I speak from personal experience and professional insight, so the message is not only powerful but also grounded in truth. I know what it is like to carry a lot and still be expected to lead, and I bring that understanding into every room I step into.
Event planners can expect someone who is easy to work with, communicates clearly, and respects the flow and purpose of the event. I show up prepared, on time, and ready to contribute to a meaningful experience for your audience. I adjust to the tone and energy of the space and care just as much about the impact as you do.
My goal is simple. Leave people feeling more equipped, more hopeful, and more connected than when they arrived.
About
Hi, I’m Dr. Arielle Jordan, a therapist, speaker, and Army veteran who understands what it’s like to carry a lot while still trying to lead, show up, and keep going. I speak from real experience, not just research. Whether I am in a room full of veterans, frontline workers, or leaders, my goal is the same. I create space for honest conversations about resilience, grief, and mental wellness and offer real tools people can use right away.
My journey includes serving in the military, navigating deep personal loss, and learning how to heal while continuing to show up for others. I now use those lessons to help people and organizations move forward with more clarity, compassion, and sustainable strength.
I founded Mindset Quality LLC, run my own private practice, and lead trainings, workshops, and keynotes through my speaking company, Arielle N. Jordan LLC. I have written two books, Holding Space and United We Serve, United We Heal, to share the deeper parts of that journey.
I am not here to give surface-level motivation. I am here to help people feel seen, supported, and equipped to keep growing no matter what they have been through.
Additional booking notes
I keep my setup simple and adaptable to a variety of spaces. For in-person events, I typically request the following:
A microphone (handheld or lavalier) for larger rooms or audiences
A projector and screen if visual slides are part of the presentation
A small table or podium to place notes or materials
Access to water and a quiet space to gather myself before speaking
If facilitating a group or workshop, chairs arranged in a circle or semi-circle is preferred for engagement
For virtual events:
I use a professional webcam, mic, and lighting setup on my end
I can present via Zoom, Teams, or the platform of your choice
A tech check or run-through ahead of time is appreciated to ensure everything runs smoothly
If there are any unique venue requirements or limitations, I am happy to adjust as needed. My priority is creating an impactful experience that works well for your space and audience.
