✅ Essential Bar Tools – We bring a bar tool set, an ice bucket for making drinks, and a tip jar for guests who’d like to show appreciation.
✅ Extras When Available – Depending on the event, we may also provide bitters, simple syrup, and other flavored syrups to elevate your cocktail experience.
✅ Custom Designed Menu – A beautifully designed menu is included to showcase the drinks being served.

In addition to her bartending expertise, Liz has 5 years of experience as a culinary event director and event planner, giving her a deep understanding of the logistics and coordination needed to execute flawless events. She also holds a degree in Public Relations and a certification in Event Management & Design, further enhancing her ability to deliver top-tier service.

Setup Requirements for Arey Bartending

To ensure a smooth and efficient bar service, we require the following setup accommodations:

✅ Bar Area or Bar Table – A designated bar space or table must be provided. If one is not available, we offer bar table rentals upon request.

✅ Client-Provided Supplies – Unless a garnish & mixer package is purchased, the client must provide all mixers, garnishes, liquor, cups, napkins, and straws. These items must be at the designated bar space upon the bartender’s arrival to allow for proper setup.

✅ Additional Setup Time for Packages – If a garnish & mixer package is purchased, we include an additional 30 minutes of setup time at no extra charge to ensure everything is prepared properly.

✅ Outdoor Events – Weather Accommodations

Hot Weather: A shaded area and a fan must be provided to keep the bartender cool and ensure the best service.
Cold Weather: If the event is outdoors in cooler temperatures, heaters must be provided to maintain a comfortable working environment.
