I will arrive with my assistant, costumes, props and music on MP3 player or CD.

My assistant is responsible for picking up all of my costume pieces at the end of each performance.

April Showers is the "Winningest girl in LA burlesque!" and the current reigning Miss Hollywood Burlesque and the winner of the Crystal Corset Award at the 2015 Pennsylvania Burlesque Festival! Winner of 12 total awards and titles, including Most Classic (3 times), Most Sensual, Best Costume and even Best Singer, she brings a flair and energy to the stage that you just cannot escape! Inspired by the Golden Age of Burlesque, many of her acts feature fully sequined, vintage gowns as well as handmade costume pieces! In 2013, she was featured on (link hidden) as one of the Best Burlesque Performers in LA!
April has been performing burlesque in and around Los Angeles since 2008, but her burlesque debut was in Philadelphia in 2004. Last year, she made her European debut and toured London and Germany! She has been featured on television as well as in a few films!

Known as "the girl who always encourages audience *precipitation", her brand of bump and grind burlesque is glamorous, classic and classy with the occasional bit of humor thrown in! Her costumes mostly from handmade, but occasionally she finds an amazing vintage gown to rework into an act!

April has studied burlesque, jazz, ballet, tap and modern dance techniques and is constantly learning and growing as a performer. She has studied with many legends and stars of the burlesque world! April is also a teacher/instructor of burlesque and has given many burlesque workshops that includes dance, history of burlesque and costuming. She also teaches private parties.

When you watch Miss Showers perform, expect to see the classic bump and grind burlesque, with gowns, gloves, rhinestones and sequins!
