At the heart of every event is our founder and Chief Entertainment Officer Lauren Ansley, a professional keynote speaker, speaker coach, and emcee with a background in marketing, event planning, and stand-up comedy. Lauren honed her skills on stage while also producing and hosting comedy shows across Charlotte before expanding into corporate entertainment. She blends her stage experience and event-planning know-how to deliver seamless, high-energy experiences for business audiences.

We keep our technical needs simple so it’s easy to host us. Most events only require a clear space for the audience and a standard power source for our sound equipment.
Space:
- An area large enough for the audience to sit/stand comfortably and for us to set up our equipment (tables for bingo cards/prizes, game show props, etc.).
- Clear sightlines for guests to see the stage or performance area help keep guests engaged.
Sound & AV:
- For groups up to ~150 people in a standard meeting room, we can provide our own sound system and wireless microphones if needed.
- For larger spaces or venues with existing AV, we’re happy to plug into your house system.
- Access to a standard electrical outlet is required for our sound system.
- We work well with A/V teams and can plug our sound equipment into the house sound as needed. We typically just need an XLR connection.
Lighting:
- Standard room lighting is sufficient; no special stage lighting is required.
- For evening events, brighter general lighting helps with bingo/game cards and fosters interaction.
Set-up & Timing:
- We typically arrive 60–90 minutes prior to showtime for setup and sound check.
- Often times a simple table with tablecloth for supplies is all we need.
Customization:
- If we're incorporating company trivia (i.e. Game Show Spectacular), custom playlists, or themed prizes, we’ll coordinate in advance to ensure everything’s ready.
We’re flexible and easy to work with, so if you have questions about your space or AV, just ask and we’ll make sure everything is seamless!
Because every audience is different, we don’t use a fixed “set list.” Instead, we curate each event on the spot to match your crowd’s energy, demographic, and preferences. We always use clean, workplace-appropriate versions of songs.
For Music Bingo and Game Show Spectacular, we draw from a huge library of hits spanning multiple decades and genres. Song requests and company-specific themes are always welcome; we’re happy to customize playlists or trivia to fit your event.
This approach lets us react in real time and keep your guests engaged, making every show feel fresh, unique, and tailored just for your team.
