I love heartsmart marketing and sales because when done right, they are potent tools for change and growth. I love that stories can bring people together. I love that a schedule can become a fiercely feminist friend.

My background is in media, marketing, women’s empowerment and leadership. I’ve worked in a national museum, broadcast and print media, online business and business non profit. I speak French, English and Spanish. And always love food metaphors to explain concepts. I am passionate about the empowering space that exists intersection culture, feminism, community, communications, marketing, identity and change making.

I hope my work can contribute to creating a world where girls never question their ability to become fully-expressed women.
